8:00am Gates Open.
8:15am Sign on open; provide licences, pay riders fees, parents/officials sign on.
8:30am Scrutineers in attendance. Walk bike with all riding gear (so gear can also be checked) to scrutineering area.
8:50am Scrutineering closed.
9:10am Riders Briefing and allocation of events to each grade. Parents to follow riders to marshal points.
12 NOON Lunch
1:00pm Continuation of morning’s events where required.
4:00pm Riders return to the pit area.
4:30pm Gates closed.
